1. Wholesale only

We sell women’s clothing and accessories at wholesale to boutiques, resellers and businesses. We may ask for business information [e.g. resale certificate / tax ID] before confirming an order.

2. Orders

• Orders are placed by sending your cart to us on WhatsApp. A cart sent through the website is an order request; it becomes a confirmed order only after we confirm availability, prices and pickup on WhatsApp.
• The minimum order is $150, calculated at our wholesale prices.
• Products sold by pack are sold in complete prepacks (e.g. 2S-2M-2L); prepacks cannot be split. Products sold by piece have a minimum quantity per style.
• We may decline or cancel an order, for example if items are out of stock or there is an error in the product information.

3. Prices and payment

• Wholesale prices are not published on the website. We send them on WhatsApp when we confirm your order.
• Payment is agreed on WhatsApp and must be completed before or at pickup. Accepted methods: [Payment methods].

4. Pickup

All orders are pickup only in Miami, FL, under our Pickup Policy. Risk of loss passes to you at pickup.

5. Returns

All sales are final except as described in our Returns & Exchanges policy (defects reported within 48 hours of pickup; sale items are final sale).

6. Product information

We try to show colors, sizes and details accurately, but photos may vary slightly from the actual product. Stock shown on the website is not guaranteed until we confirm your order.

7. Intellectual property
