Pickup Policy

Pelier Market is a wholesale boutique for women’s clothing and accessories. All orders are pickup only at our location in Miami, FL. We do not ship.

How ordering works

1. Add styles to your cart on our website (by pack or by piece) and send the order to us on WhatsApp. The minimum order is $150.
2. We reply on WhatsApp to confirm availability, wholesale prices, the order total and your pickup day and time.
3. Your order is confirmed only after we agree on the details on WhatsApp. Sending the cart does not reserve stock until we confirm.
4. Payment is agreed with us on WhatsApp and must be completed before or at pickup. Accepted methods: [Payment methods, e.g. cash, Zelle, card].

Pickup window

Confirmed orders are held for [3] business days from the confirmation date. If you need more time, let us know on WhatsApp. Orders not picked up within the pickup window may be cancelled and the items returned to stock.

At pickup

• Please bring your order number and a photo ID. If someone else will pick up for you, send us their name on WhatsApp beforehand.
• Check your order before you leave: count the packs and pieces and look over the items.
• Any defect or missing item must be reported within 48 hours of pickup (see our Returns & Exchanges policy).

Packs

Items sold by pack (prepack, e.g. 2S-2M-2L) are delivered as complete packs. Prepacks cannot be split into individual sizes. Items sold by piece have a minimum quantity per style shown on each product.
